We simply cannot fault this fella! Some of our tiles were damaged in storm Gerrit. Contacted him the next morning, and he replied immediately and said he'd stop by to have a look and get the matching tiles. Within 24 hours of us contacting him, he was up on the roof, fixing the damage. Really friendly, and quality job done. Even more impressive given this all happened in the middle of the Christmas period.

Woke up to a leak from a flat roof over a bay window. In less than an hour, Ross was on site and despite the rain, on the ladder and fixing the problem. I contacted Ross in the Spring to ask if he'd be interested in preparing my roof (circa 40 year old) for embedded solar panels (rather than ones on top of the existing tiles). This would involve removing tiles and batons and preparing the roof inline with the solar system I'd chosen.
Ross and the team hadn't done this before but he quoted for the assumed work, alongside some repairs to the ridges and lead work. Due to delays with solar hardware I had to re-schedule, Ross was great and managed the scaffolding arrangements too.
We finally proceeded in November '22.
Ross walked through the planned layout with me and we both established the plan to prepare the roof, once agreed Ross and the team got on with it and did so to a very high standard, we had a week of rain with no tiles on most of the roof, not one leak. Following the panel install the team were back to tile up, again something they'd not done before but were innovative and found ways to complete the work without damaging the solar panels.
It's a very neat install, this alongside the lead replacement, ridge work and moss clearing were done to an excellent standard and I was consulted throughout.
The team were on time, polite, rather good fun to have around and a pleasure to deal with.

Cooper’s roofing were  recommended before we selected them - and we’d recommend them to anyone. They install a lot of roofs in the Knutsford area of Cheshire , and for good reason .
They installed scaffolding when they said turned up on time every day , team were experienced , professional & attention to detail ( like lead flashings to two chimneys ) was great to see.
Even a small problem replacing a whole facia , wasn’t a problem & didn’t cost much to replace .
All completed in one week & even had scaffold erected / dismantled quickly.
After care was a couple of calls to check the roof hadn’t leaked after a couple of bad storms since installation, and it has been perfect ……
If you need your roof replacing or other works , just use Cooper’s….. you can trust them to just do it completely right

Ross/Cooper's roofing has become my number one choice for any roof related issues. Couldn't imagine using anyone else now. He's been out a couple of times to replace storm damage after the storms earlier this year. The quote was reasonable, and the work completed quicker than expected.

We've since has Ross come out to look at our aging Sofits. He gave an honest opinion and went through our options explaining the pros and cons. Again he came over and completed the work to a high standard. Invoicing was quick, with no extra costs added on. The quote I originally got was the price I paid.

I'm hoping we won't be needing his services again any time soon, but it's comforting to know we have a reliable local tradesmen to come sort us out.
